Before playing Casino Hold’em Poker

Before jumping on to playing the game it is better to know a few things about the game. Look for a casino that suits your needs the best before you start playing the game. Here also you can find some casinos that play with progressive jackpots. The rules and regulations for placing bets are mostly same for all the casino sites. If the casino plays with progressive bets then the player can play only with real cash but if the casino site does not play with progressive bets then there is no such condition. It is better to practice before playing for the progressive jackpots.

How to play Casino Hold’em Poker

To begin playing Casino Hold’em Poker first the player needs to do an initial round of betting like in Caribbean Stud Poker also known as an ante bet. This game lets the player play with multiple hands that is more than one hand of cards is allowed. There will always be a difference in the betting limit at each of the online casinos. The most popular minimum betting limit is around $1 and maximum is around $200 per hand. Apart from the ante bet there is also an AA+ bonus side bet which gives the gamblers amazing payout odds for a winning hand. The payout table below shows the pay amount for an ante bet

After the ante bet is done the dealer and the player both get two cards each. The player can see only his own cards. Simultaneously the first three cards are also dealt and are placed facing upwards. This set of cards is known as the flop. Now with two cards facing downwards and three facing upwards the player will choose whether to call or fold. If the player decides to fold then any bets he made before will be lost but if the player chooses to call then the amount of call bet will be double the ante bet amount.

If a call was made by the player then two final community cards will be dealt. This is different than Texas Hold’em because no betting is done after this. The computer will automatically adjust all the cards into the best possible winning hand after all the five cards are revealed for the player. After this the computer compares the player’s hand with the dealer’s hand.

On comparison if the dealer does not have a pair of 4s or a set of better cards then he will not qualify for the further rounds and the player will win the ante bet and the call will be pushed further. But if the dealer qualifies and wins then the player will lose all the bets. Another situation where the dealer qualifies but the player has the winning hand then the player wins the ante bet along with the AA+ side bet and is paid as per the table rules. The call in this case will be paid in the ratio of 1 to 1. However when the dealer qualifies and hands are drawn then single bets will be pushed.

As Casino Hold ‘em Poker has the player facing off against the dealer, there is no finish time or lengthy rounds as in Texas Hold ‘em. Instead, the game is very fast, and it offers smooth payouts for winning hands. The inclusion of the AA+ side bet gives an additional advantage to the winner. The player can play as long as he wants since there is no specific time limit.
